Nations Restaurant News 2004 Hot Concept!
The Nation's Restaurant New Hot Concept Award is selected by the editorial staff in concert with the Council of Sizzle, an advisory board of six leading senior food service executives.
Winners are selected based on the strength of the concept, its forward thinking approach, clearly defined menu, entrepreneurial spirit and consumer appeal. Winners cannot be more than 7 years old and must have a sound financial position.
